Accessibility Statement

We want WageOra to be straightforward to use for as many people as possible.

Last updated: 2026-08-30

Our accessibility aim

WageOra is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA success criteria as a design target. In practice, that means things like semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, keyboard operability, visible keyboard focus, properly associated form labels and error messages, and sufficient colour contrast.

We aim to consider accessibility as WageOra is designed and updated, rather than waiting for someone to report a problem.

What we have checked

Representative pages, components and user journeys have been reviewed for heading structure, colour contrast, keyboard operability and focus visibility, form labelling, and responsive layouts, using a combination of automated checks and manual browser testing during development. This has not included testing with a full range of real assistive technology.

What we have not claimed

WCAG 2.2 AA is WageOra's design target. WageOra has not had an independent accessibility audit or certification. Automated and manual checks reduce risk, but they can't prove every page is fully accessible to every visitor in every assistive technology.

If you find a problem or need something changed

If something on WageOra makes it difficult for you to use the site, tell us what you were trying to do and what would help. We will look at reasonable changes, or another way to provide the information, where we can.
